With Premium Support, a one-day training program with two or more sessions is provided to explain how the system works for content managers and administrators. The program offers help screens and additional training can be arranged as needed. Telephone support is also included.
There are two steps. First you have to register the email address for the site. Log into admin and choose Organization Information and then Maintain Email users. You can add up to 5 at a time using the format specified. Note the ID # that the system assigns.
Then go into admin where you want to create the feedback link. Using an email ID of 12345 as an example, enter the following right in the place you want it to appear:
a href=/sendmail.php?Variables[MailID]=12345>Click here to email support
Note: the line above needs to start with the < character.
The letters are case sensitive, so you should copy/paste the above and just change the ID # to the correct value.
If you did it right, the display should look and act like this:

A beta test site is established the day after the contract is signed. Designated administrators will receive a user id and password so they can immediately begin to familiarize themselves with the management of the CMS. All content transferred from the original site and any new content will be visible on the beta site. Upon acceptance by our customers, the domain's name servers are pointed to the new server and the beta site becomes the production site.
For training and support, it often helps when we can see what you're seeing. To enable us to do that, we have partnered with a company called CrossLoop, which allows us to see your display, send files and more. Here's how it works. Just download the CrossLoop application by clicking on the link below. Follow the on-screen instructions. You will need administrative rights to your PC to install it.
Download Remote Access Install Program

When we need access to your PC, run CrossLoop and a window will display with two tabs - Access & Share. Click on Share and give us the 12 digit Access Code. With that we can access your PC and provide the support you need.
